HostingPP offers phpWebSite via cPanel

Posted by: anonymous on 03/08/2007 03:24 PM (Read: 1632)
Content management systems are gaining more popularity within webhosting providers. Unfortunately not all of them have the scripts readily available to their customers. Which makes it hard or sometimes impossible to implement them.
We offer easy install and configuration using Fantastico of phpWebSite. It's as easy as clicking a few buttons.

Try out phpWebSite Content Modules

Posted by: anonymous on 02/26/2007 08:23 PM
Sometimes, you just want to find out which module works best for your kind of content. Be it the most recent results of a football game, some good receipes or even a list of available positions. There are a lot of modules available for phpWebSite 0.10.0, more than most people know.

24 of them are now available for testing. All it takes is your user and password from http://www.kiesler.at/ and entering both in the login screen of

http://modules.kiesler.at/

Enjoy!

Only a few days left until March 2007

Posted by: anonymous on 02/26/2007 08:23 PM
There's only a few days left until March 2007. You still have the chance to participate in the phpWSBB missing feature contest, it doesn't take too much more than a mouse-click.

Decide, which feature should be hacked into phpWSBB and ultimately be also available in the http://www.kiesler.at and http://themes.kiesler.at/ forums!

Article Manager 3.4

Posted by: rck on 01/21/2007 03:06 PM (Read: 1392)
I'd like to make my current development version of Article Manager available to a limited audience. It includes a rebuilt user interface and teaser-image support (see it running on KO2100). Also a couple of bugfixes and most likely a couple of new bugs. Think of it as an alpha version.

Comparing static webpages with phpWebSite

Posted by: anonymous on 01/06/2007 10:36 PM (Read: 1684)
A lot of people are confronted with a tough decission: Should I go for static pages or should I rather take a CMS for my web content needs? While the comparison between a static web page and a CMS might seem a little bit unfair to the pros, it is still reality and something worth reviewing.

The missing phpWSBB feature

Posted by: anonymous on 01/02/2007 01:57 PM (Read: 1505)
Every once in a while, someone at the phpws forums would like to have a suggestion on how to integrated phpBB into phpWebSite. Then, the usual answer is, to simply take phpWSBB which results in a frown. phpWSBB doesn't have the great features that phpBB has, does it?

phpWebSite 1.0.0 RC3 Available

Posted by: andrewp on 10/03/2006 01:32 PM
"The newest release of phpWebSite 1.0.0.

"There really shouldn't be an RC3 (or 4 or 5) but I believe (don't quote me) this will be the last one before final release.

"This version contains many bug fixes and suggestions from the community (thanks). It also contains the new calendar module. This is the third time I have written this module for phpWebSite! Its current incarnation is not complete (I have more ideas for it) but functional."
